COVID-19 OFFICE POLICIES

For the safety of our patients and staff, we ask all patients to comply with the following updated policies while visiting us:

• It is no longer required for patients to wear a face mask or face covering during their visit. Staff will wear a face mask in the exam room at the request of the patient.

• If you have any of these symptoms or have had any of these symptoms in the past 10 days, please call to reschedule your appointment. If you present to the office with these symptoms, you will be asked to reschedule:

  • New cough

  • New shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

  • Chills / muscle aches

  • New unusual headache

  • Sore throat

  • New loss of sense of smell or taste

  • Diarrhea, nausea, or abdominal distress

  • Fever greater than 100 degrees F

  • Close contact with a person with laboratory confirmed COVID-19

• We will no longer be accepting cash or check as a form of payment for any services. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards and ask that you bring a credit card as your form of payment.

 

We are available for in office visits on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8am-5pm and on Tuesdays from 9:30am to 6pm. To schedule an appointment in office, you may call the office directly at 972-469-3376 or schedule online
