COVID-19 OFFICE POLICIES
For the safety of our patients and staff, we ask all patients to comply with the following updated policies while visiting us:
• All patients MUST be wearing a face mask or face covering to enter the office. The mask must cover both your nose as well as your mouth at all times.
• All patients will be screened for COVID symptoms. If you have any of these symptoms or have had any of these symptoms in the past 14 days, please call to reschedule your appointment. If you present to the office with these symptoms, you will be asked to reschedule:
New shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Chills / muscle aches
New unusual headache
New loss of sense of smell or taste
Diarrhea, nausea, or abdominal distress
Fever greater than 100 degrees F
Close contact with a person with laboratory confirmed COVID-19
• Please do not bring any additional guests with you to your appointment. Guests will only be permitted for patients under the care of a caregiver or patients who are under the age of 18, and only one additional guest will be permitted.
• We will no longer be accepting cash or check as a form of payment for any services. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards and ask that you bring a credit card as your form of payment.
We are available for in office visits on Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 8am-5pm and on Tuesdays from 9:30am to 5pm. Telemedicine visits will continue to be available (tentatively) for select visits in May and June. You may schedule a telemedicine visit by clicking the "Book Online - Virtual Visit" above.
Please be assured that we are committed to doing everything we can to maintain a safe and healthy office and to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, orders, and guidance from the CDC and Texas Medical Board. This includes reduced patient numbers and increased appointment times, requiring all patients and staff to wear facemasks at all times, screening employees and patients for COVID symptoms daily, maintaining social distancing as much as possible including 6 foot markers at check in and check out, and following specified cleaning protocols.
